MissionFiT has an assortment of travel friendly workouts and sessions that will help you stay in MissionFiT form! Read on to learn more about Travel WODS, Specialty Programming, ReSTORE, and even ways to “workout” if you’re stuck in the office. No excuses!
Travel WODS To Workout On Vacation
Whether you’re a season veteran of MissionFiT or a brand new athlete, there is a workout or class you can do from the comfort of your hotel room, rental house or beach front. Here’s how to find the perfect quick and easy or slow recovery class for you:
- Find the MissionFiT website on your computer, tablet or phone: www.missionfitlife.com
- Next, go to the “Courses” tab at the top right of the page and open it.
- Then, find the “Resources” tab and open it.
Once on the “Resources” page, you’ll see several choices, including:
- “Travel Workouts”
- “Specialty Programming”
- “Ways To Stay Active In The Office”
Travel Workouts
This tab will take you to a separate page. Then you need only to click on “Travel Workouts” to open a single page pdf document you can read through or print and take with you. Each workout is easy to follow and requires no equipment. A jump rope is optional.
Specialty Programming
This page offers training schemes to follow if you want to improve your skills in a particular discipline. MissionFiT offers training plans for:
- Running, either general improvement or training for a full or half marathon
- Planks
- Pull-Ups
- Double Unders
- Push-ups
Each discipline has either a training schedule to follow or an outside link for additional assistance and training.
Ways To Stay Active In The Office
Here you will find 12 different exercises you can do easily within an office or home. Also, there’s an “Active Office Challenge” with 5 different “workouts” you can do – one for each day of the week!
ReSTORE Workout On Vacation!
You can recover while on vacation, too. Just head to the MissionFiT page, look under “Courses” and hit the “Restore” tab. There are 2 levels to choose from, each with three 45 minute classes available to view and follow online.
