Fall Means It’s Time To ReStart The Heart!

The MissionFiT ministry is growing daily.  New members are becoming athletes almost weekly.  So now, it’s time to ReStart Your Heart!  That’s right!  MissionFiT’s “101” course is set to begin two new groups of athletes in August and September of 2021.  Some have already visited established classes during the summer and want or need the deeper, more intimate climate of training that ReStart Your Heart offers to newer athletes.

Time To ReStartWhat Is ReStart?

This 10 week beginner wellness course designed to instruct someone new to fitness and wellness in the basics of proper health and self-care.  Topics covered include:

  • Wellness
  • Nutrition
  • Physical Health
  • Spiritual Health
  • Mental and Emotional Fitness

In addition, participants in ReStart Your Heart are taken through an extensive physical fitness regimen designed to keep them in the gym, not running from the gym.  All physical fitness session are live and in-person where a certified coach will assist athletes with proper form during each movement.  As well, modifications to movements are made for those athletes dealing with injury or physical issues that keep them from performing at their highest and best level.

When Can I ReStart?

The first class begins:

  • August 24, 2021 at 6:15 AM.

This class is two days per week on Tuesday and Thursday.

The next group begins:

  • September 6, 2021 at 5:00 PM.

This class is also two days per week.  However, the days change to Monday and Wednesday.
