If you are an athlete or even plan on doing some type of outdoor work, you need to make sure you have plenty of cool, clear water on hand and in your system.
The Importance of Water
Coach K talks about hydrating, especially on warm days, to every athlete, mom, dad, teen and Zoomer in the gym. Did you know about 60% of the human body is made of water? This means water is a critical part of human daily function. We can go without food for three weeks, but we will only last three days without adequate water.
