What’s My Goal?
At MissionFiT, each quarter finds athletes taking time to assess where they started along with any progress during the previous three months. Whatever the next step for you, ask yourself “What’s My Goal?” Then, when you ask the question, keep these things in mind:
- Godly – not aesthetic!
Do you want to move toward “cleaner” eating habits? Maybe learn new movements or up your game to include weights instead of body weight. Maybe you set your sights on a target that was tougher to meet than you originally thought. So, think about how to change the plan to help you better reach the mark. Take smaller steps. You will need these items ready for your call:
- 1 Physical Goal
- 1 Wellness Goal
- A review of your Summer Goals and any progress you made
- Complete the Chart

Sign Up For Coach Calls
Coach calls will begin on September 6, 2021 through September 9, 2021. Use the sign up below for each date. Remember, if you need to cancel, please remove your name from the list or contact Coach K directly. If you are unavailable for any session, contact Coach K to set up another time. Each call is about 15 minutes.
- Sept 7 Starting at 9:45, ending by 11:00, then starting at 12:45 and ending by 2:15
- Sept 8 Starting at 12:15, ending by 1:30, then starting at 2:15 and ending by 3:00
- Sept 9 Starting at 8:45am, ending by 11:00
This session will help you finish out the year. Then you can start thinking about new goals for 2022!
