You Made The Halfway Mark. This Is Week #3 ISI 2021
Week #3 of ISI 2021 begins today. You’re halfway through the challenge. How do you feel? What have you learned so far that you can take to this workout? This annual event pits MissionFiT athletes from all over the city against one other in a friendly fitness competition. For more information on the event itself, visit 3rd Annual Iron Sharpens Iron.
The Workout: Week #3 of ISI 2021
“Takes 2 to Tango”
Complete 7 rounds:
- 12 Kettlebell Swings (forehead level)
- 9 Burpees with a Pushup. Then a two-foot Jump Over the KB (if you have a shoulder injury, 2 shoulder taps is acceptable (1 per side))
- Rest when you need!
Rx Under 50 = Men 35# for KBS, Women 25#
Scaled Under 50 = Only 5x, Men 30# for KBS, Women 20#, 30 sec RESTS in between rounds and pony hops are acceptable over the KB
Rx 50+ = Men 30# for KBS, Women 20#, 15 sec RESTS in between rounds and pony hops are acceptable over the KB
Scaled Under 50 = Men 20# for KBS, Women 15#, 30 sec RESTS in between rounds and pony hops are acceptable over the KB
When you finish, your score is the time you take to complete 7 rounds.

From Home Or Garage
Each new workout will be offered in class on the first Monday of each week during the ISI 2021 competition. Remember, you have until Sunday, May 23 to complete the workout #3. In addition, you can pursue a better score by completing the workout as many times as you wish. However, you must submit the final score no later than Sunday, May 23.
