Workout #1

“Sarah” 
      Sarah embraced and endured the call on Abraham’s life to go into a land that he did not know. In addition, she waited 90 years to bear a child. As a result, she lived a long life of obedient endurance; what Eugene H. Petersen would call “A long obedience in the same direction”.

So, that’s what we have here…an endurance workout!

Running Ladder

Start your Run at 100m, then rest the time you took to run
Then go up the ladder: Run 200m, Rest time took to run,
One more rung: Run 400m, Rest time took to run,
Start back down the ladder: Run 400m, Rest time took to run,
Step down again: Run 200m, Rest time took to run,
Then hit the ground: Run 100m

Workout # 2

“Job”
Job pressed on through multiple traumas. That takes stamina and stamina is the name of the game today folks!

6 Rounds of 10 Reps Each:

Kettle Bell Swings
Chair/Bench Dips
Push Press
V-Ups
Then Rest 20 Seconds and Repeat
