“Samson”
Samson was known for his strength. The Bible’s Hercules. And that’s exactly what this workout is!

Workout #2

“Corinthians”
2 Corinthians 4:8-9 “We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;”
This verse is one of great encouragement. Instead of wondering what lies ahead, we know we are able to move forward in the midst of trial. As a result, we walk toward our goal: Christ.
So look at the preceding verse. Do you see how we are able to have such perseverance? 2 Corinthians 4:7 reads “But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.”

So, what is the theme? When we fall down then we get back up.

Fall down. Get back up. Rinse and Repeat.

Therefore, that’s exactly what we’ll be doing in this workout! Ground work to running!
