Here’s a few worksheets to help in planning for hard and vulnerable conversations. Homework is to print and fill out both with a current or recent experience. These will not be shared in class. This is for your own personal growth.

Here’s a few good ways to think through and build for tough conversations:

First, processing our thoughts, feelings, and emotions is always a plus. This “Awareness Wheel” exercise below takes you through this as well as builds to be able to provide some well rounded perspective for the other person.
