In this session, we’ll be taking a last look at the topic of Stress and Your Health. Possible Symptoms/Effects of Stress

  • Colds, infections                                                         ●   Anxiety disorders, Panic Attacks
  • Hypertension                                                              ●   Mood disorders, Depression
  • High cholesterol                                                         ●   Insomnia
  • Heart disease, stroke                                                 ●   Allergies, asthma, bronchitis
  • Chronic headaches, migraines                                ●   Overweight, obesity
  • Severe muscle tension – neck & back pain            ●   Some cancers
  • Chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia
  • Stomach ulcers, IBS, GERD, other GI problems
  • Auto-immune diseases, adult diabetes
  • Irregular menstrual cycles, reproductive dysfunction
