If you are new to the MissionFiT Life, then you are in for a treat! The ISI (Iron Sharpens Iron) 2022 Workout #1 is here. This annual event pits MissionFiT athletes from all over the city against each other in a friendly fitness competition. You’ve had a little time to mentally prepare yourself for this year’s competition. Now, it’s time to get to work! For more information on the event itself, visit ISI Athletic Challenge.
Here’s the first ISI 2022 Workout. This is a “baseline” workout that measures your strength. The workout is also in 3 parts. Both the RX and the Scaled versions of the workout are listed. Do your best!
Remember, you can take a break while you’re completing each part. However, time continues to run.
Part 1: Max Pushups in 1 minute SCALED = Knee or elevated

ISI 2022 Workout #1 From Home Or Garage
Each new workout is the Monday workout in class during of each week of the ISI 2022 competition. Remember, you have until Sunday, May 8 to complete the workout. In addition, you can pursue a better score by completing the workout as many times as you wish. However, you must submit the final score no later than Sunday, May 8.
Coach K will receive all scores for workouts completed at home or on another day at this address: email@example.com. Remember to include which workout you completed (Week 1, 2, 3 or 4). If the workout is in 2 or more parts, make sure you have included ALL scores.
