It’s That Time Again: Goal Setting Summer 2021
Tony Robbins, life and business coach, says “Without a clear target, you’ll never hit your mark. That’s why it’s crucial to learn how to set goals that are clear, measurable and actionable.” So MissionFiT is is working with athletes in goal setting for summer 2021.
Since the beginning of 2021, MissionFiT has built a stronger goal setting experience for athletes. Beginning with the Health Processing sheet outlining an athlete’s health and wellness in detail, MissionFiT & Coach K work with the athlete to determine strengths and weaknesses. The goals become a chance to improve certain areas of an athlete’s wellness while continuing to build on existing strengths.
When You Set Your Goals Remember They Must Be:
- Godly – not aesthetic!
Maybe there’s a goal you set in January that was tougher to meet than you originally thought. Think about how to change the plan to help you better reach that goal. Take smaller steps. Here’s an article by James Clear, author of Atomic Habits, if you’d like to review ideas about goal setting.
Sign-Ups For Summer Goal Setting
will hold her sign ups May 3 – May 6. Take a minute to review the dates. Then click on one that works for you and sign-up. Each call is 15 minutes in length.
- Monday May 3, 2021: 9:30-1:00 pm
- Tuesday May 4, 2021: 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm
- Wednesday May 5, 2021: 9:30 – 1:00 pm
- Thursday May 6, 2021: 9:30 – 1:00 pm
will hold his that week but Wednesday and Saturday:

You will need these items ready for your call:
- 1 Physical Goal
- 1 Wellness Goal
- A review of your Spring Goals and any progress you made
- Complete the Summer Goal Chart
